Located in East Limestone County and the Madison City School District, Moore's Creek offers a relaxing atmosphere and access to Madison greenways located within the community. This family friendly community is located on the outskirts of the city of Madison and offers convenient access to work, school, and recreation. We are centrally located between Huntsville, Athens, and Decatur.

Moore's Creek owners with an approved account request will be able to view most pages with a lock to the right. 

 

• The BOD would like to remind those owners with fences that property must be maintained on all sides of the fence per MCHOA covenants & guidelines unless your fence backs up to an HOA common area which is maintained by the HOA.
• If you are parking recreational vehicles, RV's, or trailers or having contractors at your property who needs to park vehicles or equipment on the side of roads for extended periods of time (overnight or longer) please contact Elite Housing to request approval.
• Reminder: street parking is not permitted within MCHOA. Please park in driveways and garages to reduce congestion on the roads to keep the community looking as nice and as safe as possible.
